    First, a question: why the lack of posts since November? I'd started enjoying your late night rants and look forward to hearing more from you.

    I was reading through your website and you look like a great source of information.

    Do you know of any mass-produced aluminum grills that are not cast?

    Is there a market for such a thing? I know there are issues related to the melting point of the material but

    I know of several people who have custom made aluminum pits that last for years.
